My Exciting Agenda For This Evening
I have some chicken thighs.
Last time i browned chicken was for a chicken marsala. I did a cream reduction with a wine reduction -- some quality chicken stock and a ton of sauteed mushrooms. Me and mine were both very pleased with the outcome.
but tonight i'm merely gonna sear thighs. set aside. deglaze pan with sauvaugnion blanc [sp?]. and then throw all that in with veggies and seasonings to make a soup.
